Peter Tallman
Director, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tallman is a professional geologist with twenty two years of mineral exploration experience gained working projects in Canada, Mexico, South America and Australia. He received his degree from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Tallman spent four years as Vice President, Exploration for Prime Equities International Corp focused mainly on Newfoundland and Labrador. He has previously spent four years with Noranda Inc. and six years with BP-Selco Inc. working on gold and base metal properties in Newfoundland. He participated in the discovery of the Hope Brook Gold Mine and directed the discovery of the Beaver Brook Antimony Deposit.

 
Gary McDonald, CA
Director, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McDonald has been a chartered accountant since 1976. From 1970 to 1983, he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, specializing in resource and mining audits and consulting work through exploration, development and production stages for various clients. From 1983 to 1987, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Blackdome Mining Corporation where he oversaw the financial aspects of feasibility study, mine and mill construction, production start-up and early year of commercial production at the Blackdome Mine located west of Clinton, B.C. Since 1987 he has been the Financial Administrator for Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon, Barristers & Solicitors, of Vancouver BC who specialize in resource industry securities work.

 
Kerry Sparkes, P.Geo.
Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Kerry Sparkes holds a masters degree in geology and is a Professional Geoscientist (Newfoundland and British Columbia) and was instrumental in the discovery and delineation of the Voisey's Bay nickel deposits for Archean Resources and Voisey's Bay Nickel Company Ltd. and has worked extensively in Newfoundland for Noranda (now Xstrata.) Prior to being appointed Vice President Exploration for Messina Minerals Inc., Mr. Sparkes was the Exploration manager for Donner Metals Ltd., and Knight Resources Ltd. Mr. Sparkes has been a professional geologist for over 18 years and has worked in both Canada and Mexico on a variety of base metal (Cu/Zn and Ni) projects.

 
Susan Tessman
Corporate Secretary

Ms. Susan Tessman has provided regulatory compliance and administration services to various public companies for over 20 years, the majority of them in resource exploration and development. She has also served as an officer and director of several mineral exploration companies since 1993.

David McCue
Director

Mr. McCue practiced corporate law in British Columbia since 1978 and for the past 20 years has specialized in corporate securities law pertaining to exploration, mining, and development companies. Mr. McCue is a director of several other TSX Venture listed resource exploration companies.

 
Steven Brunelle, B.Sc.
Director

A graduate geologist from Queen's University in Kingston, Mr. Brunelle has spent over 20 years primarily in the mineral exploration of junior resource companies, raising capital and exploring the America's for precious and base metals. Companies he has been affiliated with have discovered and operated several gold mines in Canada and South America. Mr. Brunelle has been active as an Officer and Director in the management of former Corner Bay Silver's Alamo Dorado Silver Deposit discovered in Sonora, Mexico. Mr. Brunelle is also a Director of other public junior resource companies.

 
Peter Mordaunt
Director

Mr. Mordaunt is a registered Professional Geoscientist with over 25 years of international management experience in a wide range of resource exploration, development and operating projects. As Chairman and President of Corner Bay Minerals, he successfully advanced the Alamo Dorado silver property from discovery, to delineation, through positive feasibility studies, and acquisition by a major mining company. Mr. Mordaunt is currently a senior officer and director of two TSX Venture listed resource exploration companies.

 
John Pallot
Director

Mr. Pallot has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He has served as a Director of Messina and other public companies since 1993. These junior resource companies have been focused primarily on resource exploration throughout Canada and South America.

 
Gordon Ulrich
Director

Mr. Ulrich has worked in the western Canadian mining industry since 1966 and was President of Luscar Ltd for over 10 years until 2001. Luscar was a major Canadian energy company with interests in coal, oil, and gas in western Canada. Under Mr. Ulrich's tenure, Luscar went public with the Luscar Coal Income Fund, the largest IPO in Canada in 1996, opened two mines, completed the takeover of Manalta Coal in 1998, and doubled revenues to $693 million by 1999. Mr. Ulrich guided Luscar through a hostile takeover in 2001. Mr. Ulrich remains involved as a professional board member of several organizations, and Alberta government advisory committees.
