2002 to Present
Mr. Tallman is a professional geologist with twenty eight years of mineral exploration experience gained working projects in Canada, Mexico, South America and Australia. He received his degree from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Tallman spent four years as Vice President, Exploration for Prime Equities International Corp focused mainly on Newfoundland and Labrador. He has previously spent four years with Noranda Inc. and six years with BP-Selco Inc. working on gold and base metal properties in Newfoundland. He participated in the discovery of the Hope Brook Gold Mine and directed the discovery of the Beaver Brook Antimony Deposit.

Mr. McDonald has been a chartered accountant since 1976. From 1970 to 1983, he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, specializing in resource and mining audits and consulting work through exploration, development and production stages for various clients. From 1983 to 1987, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Blackdome Mining Corporation where he oversaw the financial aspects of feasibility study, mine and mill construction, production start-up and early year of commercial production at the Blackdome Mine located west of Clinton, B.C. Since 1987 he has been the Financial Administrator for Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon, Barristers & Solicitors, of Vancouver BC who specialize in resource industry securities work.

Ms. Susan Tessman has provided regulatory compliance and administration services to various public companies for over 20 years, the majority of them in resource exploration and development. She has also served as an officer and director of several mineral exploration companies since 1993.

2000 to Present
A graduate geologist from Queen's University in Kingston, Mr. Brunelle has spent over 25 years primarily in the mineral exploration of junior resource companies, raising capital and exploring the America's for precious and base metals. Companies he has been affiliated with have discovered and operated several gold mines in Canada and South America. Mr. Brunelle has been active as an Officer and Director in the management of former Corner Bay Silver's Alamo Dorado Silver Deposit discovered in Sonora, Mexico. Mr. Brunelle is also a Director of other public junior resource companies.

Mr. Pallot has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry and 20 years corporate management experience related to mineral exploration. He has served as a Director of Messina and other public companies since 1993. These junior resource companies have been focused primarily on resource exploration throughout Canada and South America.
